I am a safari tart - in the best possible sense of the word. I travel to African safari lodges for a living and write coffee table travel books and magazine articles. I know it’s a hell of a job, but somebody’s got to do it! You’re probably going to ask if I need my bags carried…..well, sometimes I do.
I’ve visited over 180 safari lodges in Southern and East Africa (and no-one appreciates this privilege more than me). I know this puts me in a position of expertise and what better way to share my knowledge than this blog, where you can find out exactly what I think about anything safari. I am going to reveal all and tell it as it is. Usually it’s damn good, so this blog helps you choose the right safari lodge for you out of the hundreds on offer.
