Camping & Glamping is big in 2013

Are you a Camper or Glamper? The former is you, your tent and whatever you bring along to make things more comfortable. The latter is you pretending you’re camping but really someone else has pitched the tent for you (or it is semi-permanent luxury room that happens to have canvas walls in the case of most tented safari camps), and there’s bed, bedding and even an en-suite bathroom.

I used to do the former but have long since opted for the latter and I’ll gather up info for another blog post to showcase the best tented safari camps.  However, with inspiration from Field Candy – a tent manufacturer  in UK who deliver worldwide – I might start camping again. Take a look at these, but don’t expect no-one to notice you!:

Which tent is for you? Leave me a comment.

Glamping all the way! We even have fairy lights which makes finding out spot super easy when we’re at festivals:)

I’ve just been camping; got boiling, freezing and wet! Forget it – i’m sticking to glamping from now on, with our without fairy lights! Send me a pic of your tent with fairy lights.
